Cancellation Policy

Subscription Cancellations

• Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time through the account settings.

• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

• No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

• Automatic renewal stops upon cancellation.

• Users will continue to have access until the end of the billing cycle.

Account Deactivation

• Users may request account deactivation at any time.

• Deactivated accounts may be reinstated within a 48 hour period specified period upon request.

• Permanent deletion requests must be submitted to customer support.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are not provided for change of mind or unused time.

• Exceptions may be granted for duplicate charges or technical issues preventing service access.

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge.
