Online and Mobile Conduct As a Member, you agree that:

• You are solely responsible for the content or information you publish or display (hereinafter, "post") on the African Love Angels Ltd. service, or transmit to other Members.

• There is zero tolerance for objectionable content. You will NOT post or transmit to other members or employees any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party's rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights and rights of privacy and publicity). Additionally, you will not post any sexually explicit content involving minors, non-consensual violent or sexual content, criminal content, extreme hate speech, or racist or sexist material.

• You will use the service in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.

Privacy and Data Handling African Love Angels Ltd. values your privacy and will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. All information supplied by you will be kept confidential and used solely for the purposes for which it was collected, as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

Refund Policy Refunds will be processed within 72 hours of an initial subscription if no services have been utilized. Additional processing may require up to 5 working days after a decision is made or upon receiving a valid refund request. Requests for refunds beyond these conditions will be at the sole discretion of African Love Angels Ltd.

Dispute Resolution and Monitoring African Love Angels Ltd. reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between members. Jurisdiction and Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the UK.

Disclaimer of Warranty The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. African Love Angels Ltd. does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Use of the service is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability African Love Angels Ltd. will not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service during your membership term.

General Provisions This Agreement contains the entire agreement between you and African Love Angels Ltd. regarding your use of the service. If any provision is found invalid, the remainder of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect. Amendments to the Agreement will be posted on the website and will become effective upon posting.
